Mr. Maguire will provide an economic outlook over the next couple years nationally and in Arizona. He will comment on the expected impacts of rising interest rates, inflation, and the possibility of a recession. Finally, he will touch on the impacts to public works, the changing residential housing market, affordability issues, and rental market trends.
