Speaker: Jill M. Marilley, Regional Director for APWA
Jill M. Marilley, P.E., MPA, PWLF, is a Senior Project Manager with HDR, Inc. in the Seattle, WA. Area.
Marilley has over 26 years of experience as a civil engineering professional, including 20 years in the public sector. In her current role with HDR, Inc., she is a construction project manager, currently leading the inspection team for a $100 million bascule bridge replacement in Seattle. She previously served as City Engineer of the City of Shoreline, WA., and Public Works Director of the City of Mill Creek, WA.
She has been very active in APWA at the chapter and national levels.
Marilley is also very active in the Delta Zeta National Sorority at the local and national levels, where she has worked directly with college-age women and men directing, guiding, coaching and mentoring their leadership success.
She previously was active at the local and national levels for the American Society of Civil Engineers and various community organizations.
