Phoenix Sky Harbor has come along way since it was purchased by the city of Phoenix in 1935 for $100,000. Today it's one of the 10 busiest airports in the country, with about 1,200 takeoffs and landings each day, as well as 100,000 passengers passing through its gates. Aviation Superintendent Jennifer Maples will highlight some of the amenities and features that have transformed Phoenix Sky Harbor into America's Friendliest Airport. She'll focus on the Phoenix Sky Train, the airport's new food and beverage additions and customer service options customers and visitors can enjoy. Brace yourself for a memorable trip!
