On August 30 – September 2, 2015, the American Public Works Association (APWA) will be bringing their annual International Congress and Exposition to Arizona. The Congress is APWA’s largest event and annual meeting. It brings together more than 6,000 public works professionals from all over the world and features exciting keynote speakers, more than 150 education sessions, and an exhibit floor with more than 400 companies showcasing the newest and best equipment and services available in the public works industry. Attendees will learn about the latest innovations, exchange ideas, and develop new business relationships.
The Arizona Chapter of APWA, along with public works agencies and private businesses across the State, worked hard to help secure that this prestigious event came to Arizona. As the Host Chapter we have an opportunity to showcase Arizona to all attendees. The Arizona Chapter is responsible for several events, including: the Get Acquainted Party, the Hospitality Booth, the Opening Ceremony, speaker gifts, technical tours, and more. We need your support!!
On behalf of the Arizona Chapter we would like to invite your organization to become a sponsor for the 2015 APWA Congress and Exposition. Sponsorships with their associated benefits are detailed in the attached document in the Registration Items listed on this page.
When you become a Sponsor your contribution can be made with a check or on-line with your credit card. If you need to request an installment plan please contact us to discuss the timing of your payments. Recognition of your sponsorship will begin following receipt of at least 50% of your commitment with final payment due before June 15, 2015.
The Chapter and the Local Congress Committee are working hard on logistics and details to make this showcase successful. Funds are required and we need your sponsorships now! By becoming a sponsor, you not only bring recognition for your organization to the mass of attendees and vendors, you will also help welcome Congress attendees to the great State of Arizona!
